Birthing preparation classes are being offered in person at the Packard Family Care Center Education Room, located on the 2nd floor of the hospital. Each class session runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and the full course consists of four consecutive Tuesday evenings.

These classes are designed to help expectant parents prepare for labor, delivery, and early newborn care. Topics include the stages of labor, pain management options, relaxation and breathing techniques, hospital procedures, and partner support roles.
